Yea my least favorite too. I think I like Undertow a little better but it's still awesome as a whole.

Pretty much every song here is better than anything on Undertow. That album does rule buts its easily
my least favorite.

This is actually their best album for me. Rosetta Stoned is sick, dudes.

"Rosetta Stoned" is a journey in it's own right.

GODDAMN SHIT THE BED!

Actually most of the rockier songs - Vicarious, Rosetta Stoned, The Pot - I think are some of their best heavy tracks yet just cause they're so much more fun and enjoyable than their usual, long and murky type style. Great lyrics on those three too, some of Maynard's finest

I think the title track is some of his best. Amazing stuff.

Yeah, lyrically his writing increased tenfold this album, I think cause he's singing about real shit (his mum's passing and accepting her religion, kangaroo courts, um...watching people die on tv..)
If this didnt have all the filler it'd be brill. Dont even know why its there, the album is long enough without it anyway

Lateralus is more about intelligence and philosophy so enjoy the lyrical content more on there but he's brilliant nonetheless on this
