Um what. Technicality is present on Kezia too, and they're both poppy. The only things that have changed is they started writing songs that flow like shit and the instruments and vocals are more fine-tuned.

"Individually instrumentally" is irrelevant... it's not like they made technical errors on Kezia. As a composing unit they are way less mature.

True but Kezia is more poppy then Fortress while Fortress is more technical then Kezia. I should have made that more clear.

Meh, well not all nu metal. But a lot of nu metal. Early Korn was DEFINITELY better than this. Linkin Park too. At least nu metal was catchy a lot of times.
