I see the logic of waiting for this to get a proper release. A handful of these songs have the potential to be amongst the best in their catalog and would sound even better with a proper polishing. I will say I like the lofi demo quality it feels very on brand in a way. I don’t think I’m going to listen to it too much more until we hear an announcement!

I don't have a big theory or anything, I'm just really weary nowadays lmao :-(
At first, I heard some of the songs, and they sounded a bit like the Deftones record every fan wanted to get after SNW. The autotune also caught me off guard (in a good way), but it kind of felt like something fabricated. Now that the leak's been taken down from YouTube, however, I feel like it might be the real deal. It's conflicting, to say the least, but recent times have led me to suspect everything.

Totally understandable. I think most of the fanbase has gone through the same logical rollercoaster you have-myself included. The ohms leaks however put to rest most of my doubts. You should peep those if you haven’t. I do wonder however, if there is a chance that the band dismisses these in Trump fashion as fake news/ai
