It is interesting to me that OCHL is such a miss for these guys. Every time I spin that album I come away feeling more "meh" than anything else. What a contrast from the rest of their repertoire.
Also, @Hawks it seems funny that you of all people have Infinite Granite rated higher than this album, but then again I also know you're a huge fan of Alcest's Shelter and IG does have some Shelter vibes...

I can totally see that viewpoint: if you're looking for their typical brand of blackgaze, IG will not satisfy lol. I personally love IG though, especially when I'm looking for something more shoegazey and atmospheric.

The more time passes the more I like New Bermuda and the less I like OCHL
