Something tells me this is their last album before they break the mold again so to speak.
I mean think about it, Shrines of Paralysis. In other words "a testament to how we stagnate better than any other band out there."
I kinda feel like this is a salute to everything theyve done. Look out for the next one!

probably not. i'm pretty sure they're more concerned with the compositional intricacies of their work than in presenting an entirely different sound at face value – but who knows?
