This album is brilliant, gladly I finally got it - it's certainly better than Ghost Reveries (which is brilliant in itself, and is the only other Opeth album I have...)

Yes, this is a fantastic release. At first, I wasn't too impressed, but I've found it gets better and better with each listen. Still Life is probably my second favorite album by the band, followed by Ghost Reveries.

Drapery falls, the whole thing. And blackwater park breaks into this amazing bad ass heavy riff and then it just stops and repeats that slow part for like 4 minutes and completely ruins the momentum.
