Someone name some "filler" songs, and ill show you how they are actually necessary to the album.
Haha. Some of the "filler" on here might be necessary to the album's concept but musically quite a few tracks on here add nothing to the album. It seems to me that Water's failed to find a good balance between some of the song's necessity regarding the concept and their musical value.

He is right, but I've said it before and I'll say it again. This is more than the sum of its parts. There's better Floyd, there's far better albums but as a "thing" it's a definitive classic.
