I think the avg rating on 36 Chambers is a lot more generous than the one on this. That one is a good record but I don't think it touches the quality of this
|
| |
I think people 5 36 Chambers so they can say they have a hip hop album 5d. I think it's worth it, but a 4.6 is not something you see very often on this site.
|
| |
Damn. This is one, too. Maybe I'm retarded.
(Cue fourthreich confirming)

Thanks man. I miss us being friends tbh.
|

but i have this and 36 both 5'd and i have like 30 hip hop albums 5'd :[
|
| |
@pots if those aren't the only hip hop albums you have 5d then that's fine. I think they're both worth it in the right light. I just meant that a lot of people are afraid of being accused of not liking hip hop so they find an easy target to glorify.
|
| |
i will just say that neither are even close to my favourite of my hip hop 5's by any means

i only 5 kool keith

I don't have either rated at a 5 (Even though they're def classic) but if I were to seriously 5 one of them it would def be 36 chambers
I've always thought Illmatic was the easier target out of the more "classic 90s hip hop" albums tho (I like Illmatic more out of the three btw)
