it's a little long and they try a bit too hard to be "conscious" or whatever but it's still good

The high points are definitely worth noting
the ending of chemicals with the dude rapping along with the drums, that's so fucking cool

green light: now begin, it's going down, make you feel that way, and the last two are best. the album has some yawners
imo, some lesser tracks, but as a whole it feels really nice. it sort of reminds me, somehow, of "better times," too, even
though i only first listened to it like a year ago. i feel like there's a weird unpretentiousness in its lack of hesitance at
sounding "pretentious". like, reminds me of times when my reflex toward "this kind of" rap wasn't something like "but
what if this is too conscious"
I can think of nothing heavier than an airplane
I can think of no greater conglomerate of steel and metal
I can think of nothing less likely to fly
