Enjoyed this a lot more than I was expecting. For over the top modern deathcore they do it well and keep it engaging throughout. Nu metal influence doesnt overindulge in the cheese which is nice. Some of the transitions into melodic/electronic territory were a lil jarring and its a tad long imo but still a fun time

gotta say it, this album has sludgier and more interesting doom elements than the latest TAS album. whereas TAS attempts typical deathcore divergence, this project does it in more memorable and exciting ways, and more consistently as opposed to a one off release that seems to just be a test tube album to see how sweaty shitty tattoo dudes circa 2014 still follow your band

someone here once challenged me to name another project that has similar and/or better sludge metal or doom metal elements that compare to the new TAS album and laughably it's right here, and comedically so lol

no clue how you don't hear sludge elements in half of these tracks like Acid Girl or Blue Teeth, then doom in actually the same tracks, it all just moves at a faster and more intriguing and dynamic pace

even Elijah borders on nu-metal/doom metal, as with the outro of Prosthetic, just might as well be an upgrade
