Attrition stomps [2]
One of Vigna's meanest riffs ever and that says a lot

This is just so bland for immolation. Pretty much their whole discog eats this album alive. Including the newer stuff

Disagreed.

"Pretty much their whole discog eats this album alive"
not really, but it certainly doesn't really stand out from the past few albums. I mean at this point it's just another Immo album, it's nothing they haven't done before. CTAWB and Unholy Cult were their peak IMO, after that the quality dropped a bit, but stayed pretty consistently great

Drums sound perfect, whatchu talkin bout Willis?!
Not innovative for immo, but yes it is tasty af. Vocals and production are perfect

I disagree with "bland" and also with "not innovative".
This stands out for me, it's in their top 5 best records at the very least. The production is perfect, the atmosphere is amazing and there isn't one dull moment.

I'll settle for top 10 Immo

@butt
Yeah the drums definitely have that cold digital sound but they sound great imo

Wish I saw what u guys do.
I have been on an immolation binge this week. Jammed here in after, failures, ctawb, unholy cult, shadows in the light, majesty and decay and atonement yesterday and this doesn't hold a candle to any of those for me
