i'm seeing ride the wave is getting some shit. i like the verses a lot and the bridge sounds dope. chorus is kinda the same as most of these: pleasant but whatever

Ride the Wave brings tears to my eyes, that chorus is so lovely.

Deep end is a wet fart compared to constance, beauty of suffering and even ultraviolet as a closer lol, shouldve made Haven the closer and called it a day

...also you guys are still surprising me with your diverse opinions. I honestly did not think this album would be this divisive

There's some cool stuff here yeah I just wish these bands were more willing to try different production styles, guitar tones etc. Imminence is a good exception

^Yeah I get that amp sims and drum samples make things a lot easier and give mix engineers control over a lot of factors that might’ve been a nightmare to correct two decades ago, but god am I tired of every modern metal band having the same guitar, bass and drum tones.

check Perfect Soul, T/t and Haven. If you like the heavy shit then also check Spine and No Love. The rest you can pretty much skip

I'm so happy with how this turned out. Digesting it slowly and it gets better each listen. I think this sounds way more like Spiritbox than Eternal Blue, what a return to form while also evolving their sound.

I love like half of this and don't care about the rest. Which sucks as a long-time fan. The last EP and Eternal Blue clear this by a mile

I was literally thinking earlier Rotoscope clears this lmao. That at least had growing power. This is just eh mostly when they miss.

This is almost 100% me except Keep Sweet and Deep End have grown on me, and I could do without the t/t
