Yeah this rules, but I think I prefer Tear and the Upon Loss singles a bit more. Still fucking great lol I am not complaining.

Indeed, the EP is just their pinnacle, they won't top it and we must accept it, but that doesn't mean they can't keep doing great stuff. The Upon Loss singles were superb and this is still an excellent listen.

Dude that little transition at 1:06 in Slaughterhouse with the metronome and the distortionless open-air chugs into the breakdown gets me so hype

I love how spooky sounding Take Me Home is. Moss is such a great segway track too

The tandem Take Me Home followed by Slaughterhouse 2 is the weakest part of the album for me. Rest is excellent.

Moss Covers All/Take Me Home rules

perfect midpoint of the album that serves as a breather for the second half

I'm not the biggest KL fan so Idk. I blasted this in the car on the way home and it's all really good but it felt like there weren't any peaks save for the last track. So yeah, no holy shit moments, except for the bit at the end of Blinding Faith but we've all known that one.

Also yeah this rips, it's a step down from A Tear as expected but still beats my face in well enough.

Would rate 3.7 but I am a lowly plebian user so I will roundndnd up

Wish I understood the hype for this. Aside from a few moments this felt cookie cutter to me
