debut is definitely not their best

This album wore off a little bit, just like the previous album did for me, but it is still one of my favorite releases this year. I very much prefer the debut for some reason, specifically the vinyl mix version. Again, though, solid band and solid trio of albums so far.

I wasn't sold on the second album despite being impressed. For some reason it seems to be missing something that I can't quite put my finger on. After giving this album a shot I believe they struck gold here by the end of the second song. "Pledge to me your devotion!"

^ thanks for reminding me to return to this brother. I remember really enjoying it but it feeling "less epic and grand" than what came before it.

Holy shit, perfect timing, they dropped a live ep on spotify today.
