Big Steppa is not one of my favs but it doesn’t bother me, there are two tracks where she goes riot grrrl that I don’t like and one just kind of boring basic pop song that you’ll know when you hear and those are the three I mean. I actually think she has a great voice for some fun femme garage punk but I just don’t need to hear it in the same album as her pop bangers. Just go make a garage punk/indie rock album on the side.

new hot chip single featuring yune pinku not bad, lyrics kinda boilerplate but love the light autumnal vibe. every year there’s almost always a song that hits me outta nowhere with that tease of cooler crisper times ahead and this does that. now just gotta survive another week of 105F highs yeeehaww
