Tbh I wrote Spite off as a typical generic tough guy "look at me i'm a badass" pseudo-hardcore band for people who want something heavier than Five Finger Death Punch but don't want to lose the edgelord shtick.

this is such a tricky album for me to settle on bc i kinda dont like the way the cleans sound and are utilized here and that hasnt changed throughout the day as much as i wanted it to but pretty much everything else is as good as it can be hmmm
also ill be honest they picked awful single choices from this. not only did they commit the cardinal sin of dropping the closer (and best song here) early but immolation def painted a dif picture for me than what most of the rest of this was
