Thinking this is the best bjork album of the past two decades is a lukewarm (at best) and totally reasonable take considering the critical consensus on every record from MEDULLA onward has had a large standard deviation of opinions compared to earlier works, even the "generally" more lauded ones (e.g. VULNICURA), and also a seemingly greater number of dissenting outliers.
Any implications that this is superior to either HOMOGENIC or VESTPERTINE, however, would very clearly be rage bait.
