best track m/

That’s a better take than it being a cut below the rest
|

I feel it would have fared much better in those respects if it hadn't come directly after the opener, and the opener wasn't already the most spaced out track on the alb hmm. No strong feelings about it though, p minor gripe
Will spin the EP a couple more times and write something short this evening maybe

It would have been an excellent closer, granted.
It’s still probably in my top two tracks here

Don't normally care for alt tracklists, but
Trinity
Night Light
Sports
Blush Cut
Fai Fighter
Heartbeat
would have slapped big
what's your other fav?

its like listening to shoegaze but with nice beats instead of the inevitably derivative guitar thats not as good as real 90s shit

I’d say I wish it would be swapped out with Jaws but Jaws would actually fit better on this one

i love how rym has decided she is 2step and progressive breaks
i will check jaws

I mean Bluff was undeniably hard to quantify and and had a lot of different influences apparent
This new one is a bit more linear

rymmers enjoy electronic music without needing to slap progressive or deconstructed on it challenge impossible
>I mean Bluff was undeniably hard to quantify and and had a lot of different influences apparent
sure

I prefer the rym habit of excessive genre and descriptor tagging to the severely lacking department we have here. It’s a good as a reference point and you can kind of pick out the ones that make the most sense to you from that pool to describe the music most accurately.
Also relistening to this now and as much as I stand by that Heartbeat would be a good closer, I do really like it paired with Trinity.
