"Bloom is def wackier than prehistory. The only thing that's 'wacky' about the latter is tommy vocal lines, while the former takes the pisstake route straight off the bat."

a. Bloom is one of the best things BTBAM has ever done. The surf bit in the middle is legit in my Top 5 favourite pieces of BTBAM music.

b. Prehistory may not be *as* wacky as Bloom overall, but did you miss the literal cartoon music and sound effects in Prehistory?

Sput's more active this week than it has been all year. Pretty sure that speaks plenty for the hype crowd.

He's Australian. In the southern hemisphere the tide goes the other way so he's actually swimming WITH it.

No matter which side you're on, the contrast between staff and user opinions here is unusually pronounced. No idea why, guess that's just how the cookie crumbled this time.

Revolution In Limbo, Fix the Error, Never Seen/Future Shock, and Human is Hell are all some of the best metal songs to cross my ears in ages. I guess I should demote myself to user, in the name of solidarity ;-)

I see what you're saying (especially in regard to this album), but I've only given 2-3 reviews this year under the 3/5 score. I've been unusually optimistic/high scoring this year, including a certain Wolves In The Throne Room review that [almost] scored perfectly. Maybe here I got caught in a rip-tide, but I've largely been going with the flow this year.

To expand on Sowing's latest point; I welcome a glowing 4[plus] review (maybe one of those guys who had this dibbed may swing around with a review later), I could be (and probably am) an outlier.

'be' should go before the parentheses. Ex:

"I could be (and probably am) an outlier."

It reads very awkwardly as "am be an outlier". Otherwise a solid comment overall, just gotta fix that

Good comment review, but it was a little short, reads like a soundoff

I was worried it might be too short. Damn, I just don't put enough effort in.

His screams sound like Steve-o taking an angry shit and literally nobody is going to covince me he's always sounded this thin and strained. Sounds painful, straight up worried for the homie
