I think the vox suit this perfectly. like all those added layers harmonizing in Magnolia for example, think it's brilliant. oh well can't please us all I guess ;)

Unsurprisingly divisive. Didn't really like it that much on my first listen aside from a few tracks (Cocoon, Amber, Planetarium), but after some more listens I'm liking this release through and through. Probably still doesn't hold much of a candle to Melting Sun in my books, but this is solid and will probably end up being one of my favs of the year.
Also, saw some comments about blink-182 vibes...I heard that on my first couple of listens and I thought I was kind of nuts at first. I don't hear it as much now as I original did, but I think it's cocoon that gave off that vibe the strongest.
