this is horrible. He seemed like a really good dude who had his shit together, but I suppose they often seem that way before they can't bear it any longer. I mean I had to guess there were some substance issues that are worsened by being in a metal band that parties and touring doesn't help, but I guess his demeanor made me think he had a handle on things.

Really choking up over this one, I got to meet Trevor way back when I was like 17 and he was the coolest dude ever. Really cemented my respect and made me a fan for life. TBDM got me through so much. RIP

I'm so curious for details but I suppose we're not owed them and that's the family's to keep. Speculation sucks but all I can do is wonder what happened.

Their insane touring cycle is one that facilitated drug use nightly but also kept them all busy and paid. It must have been really tough to be cut off from that.

They were touring right until COVID hit, then played Sept-Oct 2021, and that has been it. I have to imagine the cessation of touring played a part in worsening his mental state but I suppose we'll never know and I could be completely wrong.

Loved this band in high school, still jam some of their stuff now and then. Kinda looked up to Trevor somewhat because he seemed like such a nice and genuine and funny dude. This one hurts.
