That's what I keep trying to say when people use the word 'gimmick'.

Of course Cynic is not gimmick but if gimmick is Babymetal then you are cynic.

Gimmicks and shticks are fine when used properly. I can't say Focus was entirely successful in that regard.

Megitsune was actually the first song I heard from them (also by accident), and after I wrapped my head around the whole thing, I was hooked. Gimme Chocolate was never one of my favorites of theirs.
