Phelous did do a lot of good horror reviews. He's the reason that Deadly Friends is one of my favorite cheesy horror films. Brandon Tenold is another one I'll watch from time to time.

i really dont get the Nostalgia Critic reevaluation thing, doug walker is a black hole for jokes and he was really only funny due to the very low standards of youtube in 2007. his shit is so bad nowadays. not saying he's a bad person or anything, maybe a narcissist but hey. he's just really bad at being funny.

Ehh I think he's overhated, relic of his era but gotta respect anyone making their own living in an undiscovered field. I do think he has some valid takes on the wall, but it's probably the worst video he ever made and the song parodies here just aren't funny lol.

I can see how NC aged like milk but I will say him as just himself or when he did his top list or Disneycember are actually pretty fine. That's mostly because he's not playing a character. with over the top skits or chokes. There were even moments as the NC where he does that, I wish he did it as NC more often.
