Tesseract's problem is that the guitar riff yankery is the worst part of their sound but they lean into it anyways because dj0nt or something. Their atmospheric/vocal work is really what makes them stand out from the pack, imo.

These dudes need to do a Deftones cover

I think they can do way more than that, the vocalist for this band has a crazy amount of range and skill
