technically incredible, melodically incredible, i used to think technically these guys had no peers, but then i heard a band called ion dissonance who are fucking insane, much more difficult to listen to than these guys. they sound abit like dillinger escape plan on crystal meth...unhinged dissonant perfection. sikth are still on of my favourite bands though as they manage to so seemlessly fuse epic/melodic harmonies with tech metal.

I'm on "when the moment's gone" right now, they're pretty good and I might buy this, it's on amazon for 1.27 used (very good) [plus 2.98 shipping] and I have a bunch of credit saved up.



The second half of the album is the better half imo

Agreed, last track is epic. Bland Street Bloom is still the world's best opener though.
Out of their 2 albums this is probably the less "crazy" of the two though
