The only time I liked his performance was on a couple of the choruses, and even then it was just an annoying tease because the song would just go right back to trash once the chorus was over

Yeah they’re definitely a band that should have died in the early 00’s

Yeah that was physically painful. They attempted like 5 different genres and failed miserably at all of them. I mean this record is bad, but that one....oof. Ouch.

I don't think this is that bad. It's not great but going in and knowing it's going to be a bit of a cheesy mix of rap rock and hardcore, it's better than I expected. Definitely nowhere near as good as Fake History or Blackest Beautiful or even as good as the band lineup is capable of, but I actually enjoyed it.

Papa Roach is one of those bands I dug up until the horrific new album.

For real Zach, this album only gets that extra .5 for a few okay tracks in my book.

I can't let go of this fucking album. I mean, I love many riffs, but there are overall too few. For example the intro of Burn It is nice and Stephen seems to be a real cool guitarist. The drumming is always more than fitting and Jasons screams are still top notch. So there are a lot of things I love - but then there are a lot of things I fucking hate as AIDS which makes this album so wielding between the extremes. I want to listen to it - but at the same time I wanna Van Gogh myself

Only half way through this, so far it's skirting the edges of a 2.
Inglewood is my favorite so far, aside from that fucking HORRIBLE chorus. Without it I'd say that I like the song.

verses of inglewood are so bad tho
second half of the song is kinda tight tho (the /3 section or whatever really wish they separated those out since for inglewood and out of control the second part is so much better)

They weren't great verses no, but it was miles better than the chorus. /3 was by far and away the best part of this entire album. I wish I liked this even a little bit more

/3 of inglewood is tight yea. so is the /3 part in out of control
other than that, one of us burn it and animal are like semi passable radio rock songs and the rest is horrendous or boring
