I don't get how people can review an album like this when it's just come out. Ratings sure, but rushing out your review as quickly as possible just to be featured or for whatever reason reads to me as being an ingenuine observation.

Depends on the quality of the release, the level of potential. Listening to this back to back three tunes sharpened my spidey sense no end in recognising this don’t have no hits, don’t have no career best, don’t have no point. More than that, some of it is actually stunningly bad for a ‘household name’.

Rating albums based on kneejerk reactions is fine and well imo. It's pretty inconsequential. Reviewing an album before allowing it time to sink in is typically bad form tho. However, you seldom see people complaining when the review score is a 4 or higher.
