Jammed one track don't remember which one but it sucked hard so I'm assuming that's the case for the whole album. Will not check hard. m/

All 3 bands are just awful.

To be fair, i can understand a low average for this album, it is no where near Parallax II or Colors level's of fucking amazing'ness,

and also like said before, Automata II will probably be crazy af and bring this one up a couple notches in the process

Good to see this at a 3.8. Reminds me of the latest Trivium album lol.

Hopefully it settles at 3.7 at least.

I really enjoyed this, Tommy sounds reinvigorated. As far as their best work goes, for me it's Alaska and the Hypersleep Dialogues EP. They sound so sharp and focused on Hypersleep Dialogues and I'm getting the same feel from this one. I can't wait for part 2.

Colors and Parallax 1 & 2 are better than this or Coma Ecliptic.

Hawks and Doof maybe, but 90s Dream Theater is fantastic.

Colors is fantastic. I felt the same way about Parallax 2 as I did The Great Misdirect; both albums have great moments, but something is really missing from them for me.

Parallax I is my favorite BTB&M album. Lunar Wilderness is stunning.

Colors, Parallax II, and The Great Misdirect are pretty good but too all-over-the-place and overlong to be really great. I basically feel the same about the first two Periphery albums.

Hypersleep Dialogues is unbeatable, the fucking G.O.A.T

I admittedly also think his vocal's have gotten weaker since then, although that doesn't deteriorate from how i see Automata I as a whole

Glad to see Parallax I is getting a lot of love, they were on their A-game as far as songwriting and composition go.

I agree with you Talking there, 100%. The zaniness of their work post-Alaska is overbearing at parts.
