I love Me and Michael and One Thing Left to Try and the rest of this is pretty good but definitely not as good as those two tracks.

Second single Bubblegum Dog is definitely worth a listen too. Cool video. They really are one of the most creative and interesting bands out there at the moment. I'll throw in "weird" as well...

Yeah this band really has continued to age well

Their eventual "Best of" will be essential. A few great songs on every release, but perhaps lacking a truly classic album so far. Maybe Loss of Life will be the one...

They've aged very well for sure, this being easily their best album overall. Bubblegum Dog is alright but I kind of love Mother Nature, reminds me of my favorite Oasis songs.

I like mother nature but sheesh the music video is so bad. Motion capture trash.

This. Their highest peaks were from Oracular Spectcular. This is second in that regard. Congratulations is a tad underrated and might actually be their most consistent, but it doesn't have the highest of peaks. I will admit their s/t was pretty forgettable. If they ever string together an entire release of top shelf or nearly top shelf material, it'd be an instant classic to me.

I enjoy all their albums actually. S/T probs the least. Congratulations and LDA most consistent. Those Oracular Spectacular peaks were just SO high though...

Back in the day we called those "greatest hits albums"!

Yeah I agree Colton. Probs somewhere between a 3.5 and 4.0 but giving it the benefit of the doubt. It's very chilled, but I'm really enjoying the more relaxed vibe. A truly classic album still eludes them though, (despite a number of classic singles). I think LDA is still their peak so far. Dancing in Babylon just clicked for me...

LDA is their best, hands down. Haven’t heard anything from the new one, but would be surprised if it surpassed LDA. Is it already out?
