I like this album quite a bit, one of my favorite Zep albums. Did they go a little overboard with the John Paul Jones love? Yeah maybe but I think it works. Some really good tracks here.

I really don’t understand why this album has so much hate. Just because it’s different from their older material shouldn’t automatically make it worse than their previous works. It’s an inviting album with lots of John Paul Jones work and even has some psychedelia vibes with Carouselambra. Let’s not also mention how amazing Fool in the rain and in the evening are.
