Just found this, are the rest of the albums similar style to this? Kinda needed a break from heavy music and was looking for something similar to Turnover. This album kinda hits that feel.

Yeah...can I get an opinion from someone who has this rated? No offense, I just don't trust anyone who has multiple Red Hot Chili Peppers albums rated as a 5...

their other albums aren't light years removed from this, but this is by far the dreamiest they've ever been. this is also their only record without adam on vox which can be a bit of an aquired taste lol

in terms of turnover i'd put this (sound-wise) somewhere between magnolia and pv, with tigers jaw's s/t being reminiscent of turnover's s/t and each record progressively moving more towards magnolia.. if that makes sense

@uncle Lol thanks for sharing my awesome 5's man. I said no offense. If you like them that's cool. I just fucking hate RHCP with a passion, so I know that our music tastes clearly aren't quite aligned.

@Jesper Thanks for the solid reply dude! I'll dig into them more. I'm really feeling this one quite a bit.

While the S/T album is the fan-favorite, listen to "Charmer". It's a real diamond-in-the-rough album from them.

I liked a few songs off Charmer.

I like more songs on this one. Charmer is just a touch too self-indulgent in tone for me these days.
