"I feel like fans of these comeback projects are being lenient about the quality of these comeback records because respective artists had stellar golden ages. That's just my quick take on all that"

Why do the Japanese always get cool bonus tracks? On Mew's new album the same thing happened and it was better than anything else on the album. They don't even know what they're saying smh. Thankfully the Japanese version leaked or else we'd probably never hear it. It's not even on YouTube. I kept the leak just for the two bonus tracks.

30th June is wonderful! Wouldn't say it's better than anything on the album but it is still gorgeous and definitely belongs.

I've read years ago that Japan pays way more to import foreign albums or some shit so in order to continue getting their business they get extra tracks.

That could explain why cds and records labelled "Japan Imported" are so expensive. Because they were already expensive to bring into Japan.

apparently 30th June was one of the last tracks recorded, and the band was kinda split on including it or not so they just made it a bonus track
