This album is about to get bumped up for me. This band really does deserve to be higher on my personal all time greats list.

Bump it, rufin. This is their second-best, imo.
|
| |
Agree, tho neck and neck with CFUTF for that title imo
|
| |
For real, CFUTF has more wrecking ball tracks but this is one of their most consistent
and just very fucking good

I'm the rare CFUTF 'detractor' so Pale Horses sits much more comfortably behind this one, imo.

cfutf is considerably better than pale horses or this but it doesn't matter because everything in their discog save for a-b is MONEY
|

Pale Horses is their best tbh

brother, sister and untitled would get my vote for best, which cfutf coming in very close behind
|
| |
I've gone off Untitled a liiiiittle bit - still great, but I think it's a bit of a highlight alb. That said, thinking about it rn immediately made me want to hear it again, so...

I only heard Brother, Sister for the first time last month when I got the vinyl.. but damn that album blew me away. With that taking the #1 spot, the rest is hard to place. Such a great group.

This is the best mwY, my dudes. This the only album making me cry over a lucid dreaming fox and a narcissitic peacock

What about the peacocks wandering
the walkways of the zoo?

Pale Horses > CFUF > Ten Stories. After that it gets dicier but It's All Crazy! is the most underrated imo

only Aaron Weiss could make a Bear and a Fox have one of the loveliest relationships in music history. also my man Rabbit is underrated

I feel for my boi Walrus too in Nine Stories. Wishes for a fire line death but is disappointed when he wakes up from that dream

This may not be their best but there's no album I'd rather talk about

Julian the Onion wasn't really album-worthy but it's probably one of my favorites of the cut material.
