what the hell this is pretty good.... I was not a day1 fan of these guys, so I don't worship that other album. arpeggios for days

i completely forgot how good this was

like sure it isnt lp1 or lp3 (or the ep for that matter), but it is tug-at-the-heartstrings-core in the vein of the better owen records and i can't say no to that

This actually is a really solid album. I remember only liking a couple singes at first, but once I sat down with it years later. I gave it another chance. I liked the perspective of it and how they made a new album because I guess Owen was getting more popular? I uploaded some of their songs to YouTube in the late 2000s because I thought it could be fun to do with music not on there much.

Four tracks in, sounds kind of like Anberlin without an ounce of energy. I don't think I'm in the mood for this.

Not my thing. Bummer. My Instincts are the Enemy is good though.
