I'm jealous. After Lighght I really needed more Kishi, but this album doesn't satisfy.

Getting past Say Yeah is fucking hard. It's like shopping in a fancy supermarket. (This is a bad thing.)

This bit of the review is about me:

"For people who come into Sonderlust expecting a Lighght, or even a 151a, may come away from this feeling underwhelmed. Instead, Ishibashi embraces the worlds of synthesizer pop, which he has dabbled with on previous records, as well as ‘70s pop and disco."

Don't get so angry, birdman. Nobody wanted to like this more than me. You should be more sympathetic.

"goddamn its like were two different humans"

You're a solipsist, eh?

Just saw him last night in Indy, and he was great (as expected). Tall Tall Trees was an amazing opener too, dude killed it.

yeah. the singles that came out for the new record did next to nothing from me.

Though funny thing, during his set he used this siren thing and looped it during his last song. At first I thought it was from an ice cream truck or something (the sound it made kinda sounded like that). But when I talked to him after his set, he told me he got it from some gypsy guy in Italy. Definitely not the source I expected lol

Haven't checked ttt's studio work as I suspected it wouldn't translate well but damn he is incredible live. Yea really awesome, his stage antics were hilarious when I saw him and kishi earlier this year.
