Batman's first few scenes of the city's destruction and subsequent detective stuff at the beginning were the closest thing to worthwhile this movie got, so a solo Batman movie of him could be good.

at this point I'm thinking Suicide Squad could end up being pretty fun. As much as it pains me to say that.

The director and writer of Suicide Squad have nothing to do with MOS or this so there's no reason to fear for it not being good. The trailer looked promising.

The trailer that used Bohemian Rhapsody was super cringey because of the soundtrack and a lot of the would-be humor looked really hit-or-miss, but the second trailer had MUCH better editing and clip choice, which gave me hope. First trailer awful, second trailer good.

finally saw the ultimate cut. kinda confused as to why they cut some of those scenes cause they fill in a lot of gaps in the movie. really enjoyed it

editing was the biggest problem with both movies yea. at least the ultimate cut of BvS improved the pacing. maybe the extended version of SS will be better but i'm not holding my breath

apparently the extended SS is out, but only on digital so far so you can probably find it online somewhere if you really want to. And the extended BvS did have better pacing, but it was still a 3-hour slog of a film.
