Nightlight, Latchkey Kids, Cradle, and Tapedeck are mine. The Wild Kind and Raggamuffin are also decent.

I like these songs for reasons I don't typically find in silversun songs. Expectations and such.

i wish...the tour they are on right now is stacked

Album Rating: 3.5
The more I listen to it the more I like it. But I like for different reasons than why I liked their other stuff.
However, it certainly has a decent number of weak songs.

Album Rating: 3.5
But Tapedeck, Latchkey Kids, and Nightlight are really solid

Album Rating: 3.5
For me, the highs:
Cradle
Pins & Needles
Friendly Fires
Nightlight
Circadian Rhythm
Tapedeck
Nightlight being the absolute best on here, Pins & Needles close 2nd, imo. Would have been cool to hear them take the sounds of those songs + Circadian and expand on them for the whole album, like a Pikul/Carnavas mix.

Album Rating: 4.5
This grew on me like a mf'er. From a 3.5 to a 4 to a 4.5. And no regrets about the rating bumps to this point.

Maybe I need to give it another couple listens. I love Neck of the Woods and Swoon.

Album Rating: 4.5
This is more Neck than it is Swoon. I still would take Neck over this, but they're both superb albums in my estimation.

wow yeah you really bumped the score there Sowing. I'm still hovering in between a 3.5 and 4 but yeah it did grow on me a bit

I'm just a Silversun junkie
Everything they put out is like an automatic 4+ for me I don't know why
|

Album Rating: 3.5 | Sound Off
Saw them live a couple weeks ago with Foals and Cage the elephant, played a fantastic set. Swoon will always be my favorite but this is a solid record.
