Just gonna lay claim that Soilwork is the best of the best from the "more" melodic dm Swedish death metal scene. They just keep getting better and better and better.

When I saw them back in friday they played a lot of these new songs and i was pretty much the only one who already know them well enough to go crazy on them. Especially farther and son as the closer was just uuuuuuuuurgghh. They also played some older songs obviously. Two from living infinite, that one slow song from panic broadcast and two stabbing songs which sounded especially dumb and primitive when compared to the other songs.

BTW, does Bjorn look as ugly live as he does on the video for enemies in fidelity? Not to sound superficial, dude can sing but damn is he an ugly mofo.

Need to give this some real attention. I didn't know this record was such a big deal.

Hes a beast of a man. Over two meters in hight and pretty wide aswell. He surely has a presence onstage from his statue alone. And his vocal performance was really great, powerful, the melodic parts where spot on. They really upped their stagesound overall. Surely they rehearsed a lot for this tour. One song from the new album they also played for the first time live which gave björn some great feelings as he expressed it

Maybe you're right, not like ugly ugly. But next to the guys of Disarmonia Mundi he kinda brings down the average, haha
