Their discog is awesome, but their last 3 are where it's at for me.

Kaishun is still my absolute favorite off of this - the guitar work blending with Kyo's floating vocals in the chorus is arguably my favorite moment from the band in their entire discography

Guitar work on this is brilliant.

I got The Unraveling today and I am digging it a lot, all the remakes are very good. I got the European version with the bonus tracks from the singles, it basically turns it into a full album at 51 minutes.

This is just too fucking good, the songs that I skipped at first are starting to become more and more
enjoyable.

This record is cool for sure but no wow moments, just very consistently good. Even their last one had particular songs that jammed particularly hard hmm

'Tousei' and 'Phenomenon' were definite wow moments for me.

One Kyo's best vocal performances comes from Tousei. Unbelievable melodies.

I'll pay attention to the vocals on that song next time

I like how Tousei and Kaishun feels like you are swimming underwater.

Kaishun is still the freaking jam off of this. The guitars in the chorus are so damn good

Gig last night was great, they pretty much played all of this album, and three songs form their discog for the encore. The support band "Fist of the North Star" were absolutely terrible. lol How the fuck they got the slot i have no idea.

I actually would have really enjoyed that dig since this is the only album by the band I really enjoy. Also Japanese acts when they go on world tours tend to get shitty support acts, with the worst example being X Japan being supported by Vampires Everywhere.

Wait, there was a support band named Fist of the North Star!? {sigh} It's one of the manliest animanga series out there, and I doubt Kenshiro would take kindly to these guys.

Kenshiro would rip them apart worse then Guts' sword swipes.
