"I missed my shot to see Thrice on their farewell tour"
Saw them in Philly on that tour. O'Brother was alright, Animals as Leaders was meh, but...holy crap, the Thrice show was the most euphoric 90+ minutes of my life. They brought it HARD.
Didn't get tix to Anberlin's farewell tour because I don't have a clue where in the country I'll be living when the fall comes. So now I feel obligated to drop $60+ and go catch them at Warped while I'm here in Florida...

velvet covered brick is definitely growing. that chorus is deceptively catchy
and meh they're a pretty classic indie band, i'm not the hugest fan either but they're a pretty big name as an opener. i guess they're out of their prime at this poitn though
