Agreed Bad Catholics was the weakest. Lookers probably is top ten. New one is WOO BABY.

i liked Bad Catholics better than Lookers. this new one might be better than both of them though. not as immediately catchy but i feel like the songwriting is a little more fleshed out on that one.

Bad Catholics is a snooze fest. Least relatable lyrics they've ever put out to

i get why being able to relate to something would make one like a song/album more, but i dont really need to relate to a song to like the lyrics. Bad Catholics gives me a sense of nostalgia regardless.

i can relate a little bit though, with being a stoner back in the day and getting in trouble with the cops while living with a christian family. then theres the most relatable part about it which is seeing an ex girlfriend or whatever years later and seeing how theyve changed and remembering the times when you used to be close. i feel like most people should be able to at least relate to that. plus the idea of a seemingly good churchgoing girl doing "bad" things is such a fun idea, even if it is slightly juvenile. but the song is obviously about younger days anyways, so it works. makes me think of my teen years.

My buddy just told me he can't tell the difference between Tom and Greg... I feel like disowning him.

wow. I can kinda see that on the earlier records, but the way the new album and Rented World are produced it's pretty easy to tell

Actually, it took me a long time to realize there were two singers back in 2012.

Definitely not. It's missing something like the closer of Rented World, or the sheer power of On The Impossible Past
