Maybe this sounds silly, but I feel like the featured review should be at least somewhere near the album's average score.

why is it so important to have the tagged review as one that agrees with the majority opinion ?

(assuming you do mean 'tagged' and not 'featured')

you could see it that different opinions create debate, when everyone agrees with each other things get pretty dull (in general not just on here)

I don't think it's necessarily important it just makes sense to me. I mean if the album is so highly praised wouldn't it be confusing to see such a lower score than the average rate? That might turn some people off checking out the album, too. Of course a lower review will provide some debate (keyword some) but as Jac stated it will only end in havoc.

There shouldn't be havoc if people read the review and weren't retarded but alas

I don't see why is it important though, would teach them a bit about sucking it up like they should and stop crying like fucking babies

well, it's good to be passionate about something you love, but bad to be precious about it

I don't even love this honestly it just makes sense to me for the main review to be indicative of the general consensus towards the album... too damn exhausted to explain it further

Damn, Holy Diver 3.0 (Reign in Blood was 2.0 for anyone who's wondering) hahaha. Anyway, glad to see a staffer reviewing older stuff so keep 'em coming dude. Just stay away from classic Deep Purple haha.

It could be worse. He could be Mike Stagno and 1.5 Vol. 4

Most of the other reviews did not have much merit to begin with, and as it's been stated this is much better than the previously flagged review from Atari (And Kid Brown too, the original flagged review)

And it's not "unnecessary"; 20 5 reviews are unnecessary, this only had 5s/4.5s and a 3 review, a 3.5 is a refreshing take. It may not obligatory or strictly necessary to have reviews in all of the rating spectrums, but it could be worse and be another useless 5 review.

I suppose I get what you mean, but I still believe people should learn to suck it up; I mean if they get this mad over the view or some guy on the internet I don't even want to imagine what they do in real life. Not everybody thinks their holy grail is made of gold, and that's just something they're going to have to deal with.

Also, I'm saying all of this on the basis of it being well-written; If it was a bad or stupid review (And even worse, a self-righteous one), by all means throw all the shit you want at it, idiocy shouldn't passed, but this isn't either.
