I've never even remotely liked anything C.C. have done before, but this album is awesome. I hadn't listened to it in awhile and just decided to throw it on again this morning and was blown away again.

I've never listened to a CC album. I've heard their music, but never gotten a CD. I mean, it's interesting and intriguing enough for me to buy one, but I'm too afraid...

Do it! I hated this band with Chris Barnes in it, and just didn't like them with their new vocalist, but this album changed my opinion of them.

Well, I downloaded this, but I can't stop listening to Thrice's The Illusion of Safety.
Damn.

Well, Thrice and Cannibal Corpse are two different moods entirely so you should wait til you're in the mood for something heavier.

I think I found my new favorite band. The Time To Kill Is Now alone is fucking insane. This Message Edited On 10.07.08

anyone else think that the song title Brain Removal Device is a swing and a miss by Corpse standards?

Ha ha, it might be slightly more vague and less direct than we're used to.

I just CANNOT imagine how people can like this.
I mean, I only heard ''Make them Suffer'' (You can't ask me to listen to more songs) and it was just 3,5 min. of WHOOOO MAKE TEM SUFFAHR!!!1 and the typical ''toktoktoktoktoktoktok'' drumming.
Believe me, I don't dislike blastbeats, but man. That really turns me off.
I won't rate this since I realize my judgment on this band is configured by taste, not talent/technical-wise.
