BV wasn't great, but it still wasn't bad.

“WSMFY and Homesick always *feel* like my favorites from these dudes, but when I really think about it I probably go to listen to this record more often than those two. At least recently.”

Tbh I think this might be their best album if I’m being completely objective about it. However, whenever I’m feeling ADTR I almost never listen to this one because a lot of it is pretty far removed (for their standards) from the sound I really grew to love from them (FTWHH and Homesick).

Like tracks like “I Surrender” and “End of Me” are quality tracks but whenever I’m shuffling these guys I always skip them in favor of the “Wax Larry”s.

Same Book is one of their greatest songs for sure. Wish it made the cut on the actual album.

Damn butt, you're lucky. I wish I could listen to new ADTR songs from when they were an awesome band.

Good Things is a catchy one too

Same Book is so good.

But can we talk about how good Sometimes You're The Hammer actually is?

It rules. This album is so fucking solid front to back.

Tbh I never cared for the bonus tracks on here, mostly cause “I Remember” is such a conclusive closer.

This is one of those albums where it’d probably have been more appropriate to insert the bonus tracks into track list rather then tack them on to the end of the album

I've preferred WSMFY over this for years but all of a sudden I think this might be my favorite from them. it's just a blast

FTWHH and a few songs off Homesick is pretty much the only stuff I dig by these guys. Might be a nostalgia thing tbh.

I like everything from these dudes actually. If I had to pick though, definitely FTWHH and Homesick as the best. I'm sure nostalgia plays a huge part in it, but I absolutely love those albums front to back. After that it's pretty close between this and WSMFY.
