Myles kills it in that song.
I also love how good Tremonti is on Waters Rising. That song is way better than anything on his solo album.

Awesome start and an awesome ending. The middle part is a bit iffy.
The album btw, not the song waters rising.

I haven't got to listen to all this yet, but is Waters Rising the only song Tremonti sings some lead on? The harmony between them on it is great.
And that falsetto at the beginning of Calm the Fire? Damn...

Cry of Achilles, Bleed it Dry, Calm the Fire, Waters Rising, and the title track are my favorites. This is the first AB album where I haven't had an overall favorite (or two) jump out at me very quickly.

Idk man for some reason i cant seem to get in to The Uninvited or Waters Rising. Also im surprised i havent seen anyone mention it, but i think the vocals in the verses of the title track is a highlight of the album. What were your top 3 on ODR?

Some people don't seem to like it too much, but I dig The Uninvited quite a bit. I really like how they didn't spring for an "epic" chorus but instead made it more understated.
As for One Day Remains: Metalingus, the title track, and The End is Here are the easy top 3 for me.

Yeah the uninvited is a good track it just seems kinda forgettable compared to most of the other tracks on the album imo. My favorite track on ODR is Watch Your Words. Very underrated. That, Metalingus and The End is Here.

Myles and Tremonti sound fuckin inspired. And looks like Tremonti's switch to the Axe Fx has done him a world of good.

really like the instrumentals and how they were produced on this one. vocals are hit or miss most of the time but they don't ruin it for me
interesting album
