THE LAST THING I WANT TO DO IS MOOOOOOOOOOVE ON

THIS GAP BETWEEN US GROWS OOOOOOOON

I sing along to those lyrics every time it comes on. Too fucking catchy.

I really only like Small Talk. The rest of the album just runs together. I agree that the lead singer has a powerful voice, but it's lacking character. It's boring hearing him yell with the same inflection throughout the whole album.

I agree with andrew above me, but only from the first album. This is so far shaping up to be better than the first, but maybe that's just the production talking.

Atari, if you check mah ratings, I'm giving out a lot more 4's and 5's recently.

"says it's all production, oblivious to how good they are live"

I was saying that in comparison to the last album, that's why my production comment was on the same sentence as the one mentioning the debut.

Empty Space sounds exactly like it could be on the debut. It actually seems really underwhelming

compared to Small Talk. It also doesn't seem to have the awesome production as the first 3 or so

tracks and the track right after it.

Bad Luck is cool but the songs meld too much together after the first half is done with. Which is also how I felt about the debut, with Mt. Diablo as the exception.

"to what justin timberlake and taylor swift albums? :3"

I have half a mind to 5/5 them on both of my accounts, but alas no can do.

No, flow is when the differences between each song play off each other and make it feel like a whole experience rather than just a collection of songs. Sorry but all of their songs sound almost exactly the same or incredibly similar to me still, and I've listened to both albums like 6 or 7 times now :/

Cohesiveness is: when the differences between each song play off each other and make it feel like a whole experience rather than just a collection of songs.

well if they're cohesively playing a style of pop punk that i generally find mediocre at best then that doesn't really work out too well for me :]

Lakes, you love Anberlin. They share many influences with many pop punk bands.
