I love X-Kid to death. It's essentially a musically slowed down version of something off of Dookie, which directly ties into the lyrics which are essentially about Billie Joe lamenting on his growth in maturity but not in wisdom and the chorus seems to say "I know this isn't how I used to sound, but this is how we're going to, and I hope you like it."
