I'm not denying that I had shitty music taste before joining this site, believe me I did. I spent way too much of my life listening to basically one genre which was stupid, but I've been doing my best to expand my taste and get into thrash, death metal, prog,etc so it's just dumb that people act like all I listen to is pop punk

I'll admit nostalgia plays a big part in my love for pop punk, but i wouldn't listen to it if i didn't think the music was actually good. all music is good for separate reasons. Lately it's been gloomy and i just like to thrash but come spring time or summer i'll want some uplifting happy pop punk nothing wrong with that.
