Have never seen such a polarizing yet brilliant band. I am currently falling in love with the 777 series after palming them off for years in favor of the warmer Memoria Vetusta. This album is excellent.

I've been coming back to this very often in the past few days and loving every second. May end up bumping the rating

I don't like any of the 777 albums. Tried them so many times.

I work with arts, both illustration and writing, and some of my regular themes include the occult and paranormal. that being said, albums like this act as a major source of inspiration, almost like you're "seeing" either the characters or the events while listening to the music, it's weird

What I'm trying to say is that, in my opinion, this is a great companion to a book or something similar

Have you ever tried The Axis of Perdition - Deleted Scenes? Same thing

I have not, but have been meaning to for years and years. I'll give it a shot tonight or tomorrow!
