terror and hubris is insane man.
feel like this album suffers from the same situation as mastodon - remission where the mainstream metal fans don't really check it/dig it so the reception is generally lower. but imo both that album and NAG are among the respective band's best

I would love this to be remastered at some point. The production kills it for me but this definitely has some major highlights

Apparently I already said this on the last page. oops

Yeah this is gnarly and feral — heaps more grindy hardcore influenced than LoG’s later work.

I like this album a lot. Randy is at his most ferocious here. Riffs are definitely less technical than subsequent releases but it it is a raw and primitive style that sounds cool.

“Black Label” brings back memories of Tony Hawk’s Underground 2 so fondly.

Album fucking rules. Some absolutely insane tracks here. Do not understand the mid reception, honestly.

Still praying one day this sees a proper remaster of some kind. The drums alone could use it

The drums sound absolutely insane on here. Like you can hear the sticks and kicks slapping into the drumheads.
